In the Playbill you get to tell a little about yourself. The number of words you get in the program for the bio is determined by the number of years you have been involved with the musical (cast, crew, and pit).
First year- 20 words
Second year- 30 words
Third year- 40 words
Fourth year- 50 words
Write your biography in third person, no using I, me, my, or anything along those lines. DO NOT include your grade in your biography. It's a waste of your words and will already be in the playbill for you. You can write anything you want people to know about yourself, such as sports, clubs, other plays you've been in, how long you've been in tech and so on. If your biography is inappropriate or if there are too many grammatical errors, the Publicity Crew will contact you to re-write it or risk the chance of you not having a biography in the playbill at all. The deadline for biographies is January 30th, 2016. To make it easier on publicity, write your first name, last name, and your grade.
Future conflicts page for techies only. Please state them as soon as you can so we can make some changes and preparations ahead of time.
Please note, it was stated from the beginning that all rehearsals are to be attended and any future conflicts must be listed on your audition sheets. Try to avoid scheduling any appointments or meetings on days that will conflict with your rehearsal and schedule. Attendance is highly crucial, even if you accidentally woke up late to rehearsal, you should let someone know you are on your way and show up.
